How Bonnoo uses the information you provide when using the service.
Information you provide
Bonnoo stores your account email, name, phone number, city, delivery address, and language choice. It also stores product requests and their details, group memberships, order quantities and prices, payment methods and status, and order status. Orders keep the phone number and address provided at acceptance.
How the information is used
We use this information to sign you in, follow product requests, manage buying groups and orders, arrange delivery, confirm payments, and send account, offer, and order messages. Bonnoo admins access the information needed to manage requests and orders.
Cookies and request drafts
Authentication uses session cookies to keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps an unfinished product request in local storage so you can return after login. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours; expired drafts are discarded the next time the request form reads them, and submitted drafts are removed.
Service providers
Supabase stores account and application data and manages login. Resend sends necessary offer and order emails when email delivery is configured. These providers receive the information needed to perform those services.
