How Bonnoo handles product requests, group offers, orders, and support.
Group buying
Bonnoo brings together buyers interested in the same product and negotiates offers with suppliers. A product request or buying group does not guarantee that an offer will become available.
Requests and joining
Submitting a product request and joining a group are free. They express interest and do not create a paid order. You choose whether to buy when a final offer is available.
Reviewing an offer
Review the supplier, final price, delivery fee and timing, delivery areas, warranty, cancellation terms, and return terms shown on the offer before confirming a purchase. The supplier and offer terms apply to that order.
Accepted prices
When you first accept an offer, Bonnoo saves your unit price and delivery fee. Later offer edits do not change those saved prices, including if you decline and accept again. Changing the quantity changes your total using the saved unit price.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown before you confirm. Payment is handled manually through cash on delivery or InstaPay when available. Confirming an order does not charge you online. A transfer remains pending until its receipt is confirmed.
Order changes, cancellations, and returns
Before an offer closes, you can change an unpaid order or decline while processing has not started. For a paid order or one already being processed, contact Bonnoo to request a change or cancellation. Cancellation and return arrangements follow the terms shown on your offer; contact support to discuss your order.
